AgricHub ("we", "us", "our") operates the AgricHub Farmers Market app and website. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and your rights under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA, Act 4 of 2013).

Account information: name, email address, and password (managed via our authentication provider, Supabase).
Order and transaction information: items purchased, delivery details, and order history.
Payment information: we do not take payments online and never ask for, see, or store your card or banking details. Orders are placed as requests, and we contact you to arrange payment directly once we have confirmed availability with the farm.
Usage information: basic technical data (device type, app version) to help us diagnose issues.

How We Use Your Information

To create and manage your account.
To process and fulfil your orders.
To communicate with you about your orders, account, or support requests.
To improve the app and troubleshoot issues.

Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

Vendors, to fulfil the orders you place with them.
Supabase, our authentication and data infrastructure provider.

Your Rights

Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services and comply with legal obligations.
