These terms apply to the AgricHub Farmers Market website and mobile app. By browsing the marketplace or sending an order request, you agree to them.

About AgricHub

AgricHub is a marketplace that connects customers with independent South African farms. The produce listed is grown and supplied by those farms. AgricHub facilitates the introduction and helps arrange the order; it is not the grower.

Orders Are Requests

Submitting an order through the website or app places a request, not a confirmed sale. Nothing is charged online.

We confirm availability with the farm before your order is accepted.
We then contact you on the email address and phone number attached to the order to agree payment and delivery.
Prices and availability shown are indicative and may change once the farm confirms.
You may cancel a request at any point before you agree payment with us.

Payment

AgricHub does not take payment online and will never ask you for card or banking details through the website or app. Payment is arranged with you directly once your order is confirmed. Treat any message claiming otherwise as fraudulent and report it to us.

Delivery

Delivery is arranged per order and the fee is shown before you send your request. Timing depends on the farm, the produce and your location, and is confirmed when we contact you.

Produce and Quality

Fresh produce varies naturally in size, colour and appearance. Farms are responsible for the quality and safety of what they supply. If something arrives that is not as described, contact us and we will take it up with the farm on your behalf.

Selling on AgricHub

Farms applying to sell agree to supply accurate listings, honour confirmed orders, and comply with applicable food safety and labelling requirements. AgricHub may pause or remove a listing or account that does not meet these obligations.

Your Account

Keep your account details accurate and your password to yourself. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has access to your account.

Acceptable Use

Do not use the marketplace to place orders you do not intend to complete.
Do not misrepresent who you are or who you are ordering for.
Do not attempt to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorised access to the service.

How we handle your personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the service develops. The date at the top shows when they were last revised, and continuing to use AgricHub after a change means you accept the revised terms.
